30-Day Easy Returns

Return Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Products
    Return shipping is free if the product is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • Change of Mind
    You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs if you ordered the wrong product, the item doesn’t fit, or you no longer want it. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

    Email info@niveloa.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Get Return Instructions
    We’ll send you a return authorisation and detailed steps.
  3. Pack Your Item
    Repackage everything carefully in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or documents.
  4. Print the Return Label
    We’ll provide a prepaid label. Print and attach it to your parcel as instructed.
  5. Send It Back
    Drop your parcel off at the nearest courier location, as indicated in your return email.

Refund Process

  • Inspection – Once your returned item arrives, we’ll review it to ensure it meets our guidelines.
  • Refund – If the return is approved, we’ll process your refund. It generally takes about 7 working days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different size, colour, or product, just let us know. We’ll do our best to expedite your exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items may be ineligible for return. These products will be clearly labelled as non-returnable on their pages.
